Lead Times

10-12 Working day turnover on most Props!

We aim to have a quick turn around on all products however please bare in mind that custom orders could potentially take longer.

Lead times for individual products are listed in their product description 

An order is not confirmed until payment has been made, 
The 10 working days will start from when the invoice has been paid. 

 

Collection & Delivery 

Collection is free from our unit in Northampton 

Our standard delivery time frame for products is 3-5 working days after production. Please take this into account when making a purchase. 

Delivery charge for larger props begins at £45.
Smaller props may qualify for shipping through other couriers at a lower rate.

Looking After your Props

Most props are made out of MDF wood 

Our backdrops are equipped with standard slot-in stands that securely attach to the prop. With careful handling and patience, these stands can be easily removed and reattached. While they may initially feel tight, they will gradually loosen over time to ensure a secure fit without being too loose. 
upgrade to our hidden stands on selected props via their product page.

 

As standard our products come unpainted and sanded, ready for you to paint.
We recommend using 1/2 coats of primer on MDF before painting your chosen colour.
Our numbers & Letters do come finished ready for set ups, and are painted in Leyland Gloss.

 

Returns & Refunds

All our products have been tried and tested, we only send out props we would be happy to receive, if any faults/damages have occurred please get in touch with in 48hrs so we can help resolve or replace items for you, if after the 48hr period we will still try to help however a full replacement will not be available.
If props are painted we also cannot accept returns for refund or replacement.

Returning props via courier service will need to be paid for by customer, or bring them back to us yourself would be free.

We love custom requests, we have so much fun working with you to build the perfect prop for your events, 

Please ensure you give us the most details including measurements, pictures, inspo, and if possible a rough sketch so we can give you, one: the best price and two: make sure that the end result is exactly what your looking for.

Our business hours are dedicated to pre-arranged collections. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical storefront for browsing. Please visit our website to view all of our products and contact us to place an order. We strive to respond to messages promptly, but occasionally items may be overlooked or end up in spam folders.
